Refund Policy

We are committed to your satisfaction with our candles. You may request a refund if your candles are defective or arrive damaged.

 

The candle must be un-used.

Refund Request:

  • Contact our customer support team within 14 days of your order

  • Provide your name, order/invoice number, and details about the issue.

  • The candle must be un-used

Do we ship internationally?

Sadly we don't currently ship outside of the United Kingdom 🇬🇧

However if you are from outside of the UK, please reach out to us. We'd love to see what we can do to help.

Refund Process

We will review your request within 5-7 business days.

 

Once approved, we will request that you return the candle for inspection. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the candle.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. ​

Shipping Information

Shipping cost is £3.99 per order.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days and take 1-3 business days to arrive.
